In other words I think it is something beyond the save files, some setting or something it remembers. Here is what is really crazy: if it hapens and I open up a different save (different character) it goes on to that character, if it fixes with that character I can load up the original person with the problem and that character will be fixed until it happens again.
Thanks for the help so far: yeah, that thing persists fast traveling, sleeping, changing items and clothing, but every once in a blue moon it will fix. :whistling: My next plan is I might download a pose mod to see if I can default my way to health in the future if it happens. EDIT: just temporarily fixed it by selecting a molotov.
